01Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using any game, application, or service from PixelCamel Studios LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

02The license we give you

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our games on devices you own or control, strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You may NOT:

03Intellectual property

All games, code, art, music, characters, names, logos, and content are the property of PixelCamel Studios LLC, protected by copyright and trademark laws. The PixelCamel name and camel logo are trademarks of PixelCamel Studios LLC.

You may create non-commercial fan content (screenshots, videos, streams, fan art) and share it freely. We love seeing it. Commercial use requires written permission.

04User conduct

When using our games or services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or our team
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our services to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others

05In-app purchases

Some of our games may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or the platform's refund policy (Amazon Appstore, Google Play, etc.).

Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

You may stop using our services at any time by uninstalling our games.
